Spirtual Needs

Spiritual Needs
The staff of Anderson Regional Medical Center recognizes that pastoral and other spiritual services are an integral part of healthcare and daily life for many of our patients. For our patients and family members requesting pastoral services we have an on-staff Chaplain, a list of available clergy and several prayer rooms. Your own priest, minister, rabbi or spiritual leader is always welcome to visit you while you are here. If you would like to speak with the chaplain, call extension 2070. You may also locate the chaplain by calling the main switchboard at extension 6000 or the Social Work Department at extension 6107.

The chapel is located on the first floor of the hospital in the ICU waiting room area and is available for your use 24 hours a day. Visitors of all faiths are welcome to visit the chapel for prayer and meditation. Please contact the Switchboard Operator by dialing "0" or the patient representative at extension 6697 for assistance in locating the hospital's chapel.
