  • Anderson Health & Fitness Center is now open 7 days a week!

                          Monday - Thursday: 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.

                          Friday: 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.

                          Saturday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

                          Sunday: 1 to 4p.m.


  • Our 3 month Summer Membership Sale is going on now!  Call 601-553-6622 for more information.


  •  Anderson Health & Fitness Center now offers Zumba for kids and adults!  This class is held every Saturday at 10:15 a.m. Open to non-members.
