Warning Signs of a Heart Attack

  • Squeezing and or tightness in the chest
  • Chest Pain
  • Shortness of breath
  • Sweating or indigestion

The Cardiac Rehabilitative Program at Anderson's Institute for Rehabilitative Medicine is available to assist this person to achieve and maintain their optional level of cardiovascular fitness.

Any or all of these symptoms may occur at any time of the day or night and could be warning signs of present or impending heart distress.
